How to use eye pencil------mac cosmetics

cosmetics, giving a dramatic look without much time or effort because the eye pencil makes your eyes pop out by defining them and
accentuating shape. If you are using a pencil, sharpen it. Warm and soften the very tip of the pencil by heating it with a hot zap from a
hair dryer. This will help it write smoother.
To use an eye pencil, work with the side of the pencil to apply a thin line of eyeliner that defines the eye without weighing it down. I'm going to show you how to use an eye
pencil.
First thing,when u use the side of the pencil, versus the point of the pencil,u should get a much easier softer line, it's not as
harsh as when you use a point. Plus, you'll be able to blend it better. Starting the center, using the side of the pencil, Then do light
strokes and pull it out to the end of thee eye, and then work our way back in. It's better to keep the line really thin, and open for me,
really close to the lash line.Basically the whole purpose of eye liner is to make the lashes look thinner and fuller.
Now if you want to
do underneath,u should go to take your pencil, go right under the lashes, as close to the lash line as you can get, and just do a little
wiggling motion just to deposit color, and that's going to give you some really nice definition around the eye, and it's not going to look
like you have a really thick line.
If u just by doing a really thin line all the way around,pls drag the eye down and give it more a tired
appearance.
