Storage ideas for all my supplements/pills?
ok I have caltrate,birth control,probiotic bottle,equalactin box,natural calm,fibercon,simethicone capsules,and a couple other things. have severe ibs so have supplements for it plus try new things. Want to keep it all in one place,on the floor by my computer desk. The largest item I have is the natural calm.
The down side of having them on the floor by your computer is if it's near your computer, that would generate a lot of heat which can deteriorate the nutrients over time. No, it won't completely destroy them or anything, but it's not an ideal place to store them.
The "most ideal" place to store medicines and supplements would be in a cool (not cold), dry place so a dry basement room would be an ideal place among others, but anywhere that's not humid (which is especially important for the powders) and not very warm would generally be fine.
